1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 7 business days to reach out your doorstep.  

Personalized items, harnesses, sofa beds and beds take between 15-20 business days to reach your doorstep.

 

2. What's your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your items in their original package.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Note: Please keep in mind there is no refund for personalized items.

 

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color or defective-- then simply notify us at info@pawzopaws.com and we'll make sure to give you a full refund.  We may ask you to share a picture of the item with us. 

 

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
